Garlic... mmmm.... I truly love garlic, so you can understand what inspired me to create this fan favorite. With garlic being the headliner, it happily shares the spotlight with other completing flavors such as: Onion, basil, thyme and parsley. Always ground fresh and with a low amount of sea salt, Garlic Lovers will be your friend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Season the alligator tenderloins with Wild Fork Foods Italian zest & garlic lovers seasoning.

  3. 3 Transfer the tenderloins to a skillet with chicken broth, additional garlic lovers and Italian zest, minced garlic, and fresh chopped parsley.
  4. 4 Cover the skillet and smoke at 250°F for 2 hours until the tenderloins reach an internal temperature of 170°F. Shred the tenderloins and let them soak up the juices for 10 minutes.
  5. 5 In a separate saucepan, simmer butter and heavy cream on low heat. Mix in minced garlic, FlavorGod Italian Zest, FlavorGod Garlic Lovers, Spiceology Pizza Cheese Blend, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6 Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and well-combined.
