  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Madagascar vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Buttery Cinnamon Roll

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Core and dice the apples
  2. 2 In a small saucepan, heat the vegan butter, 1 tbsp of maple syrup, and diced apples over medium heat
  3. 3 Add the FlavorGod Buttery Cinnamon Roll and salt. Mix well, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. 4 Remove the lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the apples reach the desired texture
  5. 5 In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, Madagascar vanilla, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  6. 6 Divide the oat mixture into 3 mason jars, and top each with 1 tbsp of the apple mixture
  7. 7 Close the jars with a lid and refrigerate overnight
  8. 8 Serve the oats with the remaining apple mixture and whipped cream, if desired
