  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon FlavorGod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle of beer (choose your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a glass bread pan with a bit of melted butter.
  2. 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and FlavorGod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of dry ingredients.
  3. 3 Pour in the beer and add the honey to the bowl. Use a whisk or spoon to thoroughly combine the ingredients until you achieve a smooth, thick batter.
  4. 4 Pour the melted butter into the greased bread pan, making sure to coat the bottom evenly.
  5. 5 Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly.
  6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. 7 Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. 8 Slice the beer bread to your desired thickness. Serve it warm, optionally spreading extra butter and honey on each slice.
