INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 box chickpea pasta
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Everything Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp plant-based butter
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 3/4 cup oat milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Soak cashews in hot water for 5 minutes to soften
  2. 2 Blend cashews, oat milk, FlavorGod Everything Seasoning, and nutritional yeast to make cashew cream sauce
  3. 3 In a sauté pan, sauté onions in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add mushrooms and tamari
  4. 4 Sauté together for 3-5 minutes
  5. 5 Add butter and mix well
  6. 6 Sprinkle cornstarch into the pan and let brown for 1 minute
  7. 7 Add reserved pasta water and cashew cream, and mix well.
