INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning
  • FlavorGod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn, to taste
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup veggies of choice (mushrooms and onions)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella style shreds
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Mix all dry ingredients together than add in the water. Mix and combine until smooth.
  2. 2 Heat your pan to medium heat. Sauté your veggies then remove from the pan. Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to the pan then using a soup ladle, add your batter. Lightly cook one side then flip and add your cheese and veggies. Fold your chickpea omelette then lightly brown on both sides.
  3. 3 Garnish with more cheese and veggies and enjoy!
