INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large Non-GMO eggs
  • FlavorGod Everything Seasoning
  • FlavorGod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn Finisher
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 4 pieces center-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheese
  • Salsa (for serving)

It has been a hit since the first day I sold this flavor at my local farmer's markets. With hints of onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika, this seasoning is perfectly balanced with a light BBQ flavor. Great for indoor or outdoor cooking!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. 2 In a large bowl, crack the 6 eggs.
  3. 3 Season the eggs with FlavorGod Everything Seasoning and a pinch of FlavorGod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn Finisher. Use these seasonings according to your taste preference.
  4. 4 Add diced bell peppers and onions to the eggs. Beat the mixture until well combined.
  5. 5 Cook the center-cut bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  6. 6 Add the chopped bacon to the egg mixture and stir to distribute evenly.
  7. 7 Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  8. 8 Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  9. 9 Sprinkle low-fat shredded cheese on top of each egg cup.
  10. 10 Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tops are lightly golden.
  11. 11 Once baked, remove the egg bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  12. 12 Using a knife, gently loosen the edges of the egg bites and remove them from the muffin tin.
  13. 13 Plate the egg bites, add a dollop of salsa on top of each, and serve immediately.
