INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine the beer, FlavorGod Bagel Seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped onion, grated pear, and minced garlic. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. 2 Place the Galbi meat in a resealable plastic bag or a container with a lid. Pour the marinade over the meat, making sure it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
  3. 3 Preheat the grill to high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly greased to prevent sticking.
  4. 4 Remove the marinated Galbi meat from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
  5. 5 Once the meat has reached room temperature, take it out of the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
  6. 6 Place the Galbi meat on the hot grill and cook over high heat. Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes or until nicely browned and slightly charred.
  7. 7 While grilling, baste the meat with the reserved marinade using a brush or spoon. This will enhance the flavor and keep the meat moist.
  8. 8 Continue grilling and basting the Galbi meat, turning occasionally, until it reaches the desired level of doneness. The total cooking time will depend on the thickness of the meat and personal preference.
  9. 9 Once cooked to perfection, remove the Galbi meat from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and the meat to become tender.
  10. 10 Serve the Galbi hot, either as a main dish or as part of a Korean barbecue feast. It pairs well with steamed rice, kimchi, and other traditional side dishes.
  11. 11 Enjoy your delicious Galbi made with FlavorGod Everything Bagel Seasoning, which adds a unique and flavorful twist to this classic Korean dish.
