INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp FlavorGod Buffalo seasoning
  • 1 tsp FlavorGod Garlic Lover's seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce

Garlic... mmmm.... I truly love garlic, so you can understand what inspired me to create this fan favorite. With garlic being the headliner, it happily shares the spotlight with other completing flavors such as: Onion, basil, thyme and parsley. Always ground fresh and with a low amount of sea salt, Garlic Lovers will be your friend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Prepare the batter by combining chickpea flour, FlavorGod Buffalo seasoning, FlavorGod Garlic Lover's seasoning, salt, pepper, and non-dairy milk. Mix well until no lumps remain.
  2. 2 Add the frozen cauliflower florets to the batter and coat them evenly.
  3. 3 Place the coated cauliflower florets in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and transfer it to a bowl. Add the Buffalo sauce and coat the florets well.
  5. 5 Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  6. 6 Remove from the air fryer and enjoy!
