  • 1 pound Ground Bison or Beef
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon FlavorGod Taco Tuesday Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn Finisher
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (for garnish)
  • Shredded Lettuce (for garnish)
  • Sour Cream (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground bison or beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. 2 Drain any excess fat from the meat.
  3. 3 Sprinkle the FlavorGod Taco Tuesday Seasoning and Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn Finisher over the cooked meat. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning. Set aside.
  4. 4 In separate bowls, prepare the following toppings: Chopped garlic, diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges. You can also offer shredded Mexican cheese blend, shredded lettuce, and sour cream as additional toppings.
  5. 5 Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave them briefly until they are warm and pliable.
  6. 6 Place a spoonful of the seasoned meat mixture onto each tortilla. Add your choice of fresh toppings, including garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with shredded Mexican cheese, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.
