INGREDIENTS

  • 2 blocks of softened cream cheese
  • 16 ounces of marinated artichoke hearts halves or quarters
  • 1 bag of frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of Unflavored mustard
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream and onion dip or just mayo
  • 1/4 a cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of FlavorGod garlic lovers
  • Onion salt, salt and pepper
  • 1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Gruyere cheese
  • Juice of half a lemon

With garlic being the headliner, it happily shares the spotlight with other completing flavors such as: Onion, basil, thyme and parsley. Always ground fresh and with a low amount of sea salt, Garlic Lovers will be your friend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature or microwaving it for a few seconds
  2. 2 Thaw and drain the frozen spinach, and chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces
  3. 3 Mix the softened cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, unflavored mustard, sour cream or mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, FlavorGod garlic lovers, onion salt, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
  4. 4 Add shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and grated Gruyere cheese, and mix well
  5. 5 Transfer the mixture into an instant pot and cook for 20 minutes until completely melted, stirring occasionally
  6. 6 Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, top with Parmesan cheese, and broil for 15 minutes until golden brown
