The only problem we have with this rub is that it's so course that it almost comes off salty. We use our electric grinder and make it fine and it's amazing!

Way too salty
Hooked up some 2” thick pork chops with the rub… seared for 3 minutes on each side in a hot cast iron skillet and then into the oven for about 15 minutes at 250 degrees, basting with butter and they came out perfect! Tender, juicy and so flavorful! I highly recommend!
I can't use any other seasoning after trying my first bottle ..soooooo delicious
