Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup grated apple
- 1 very ripe mashed banana
- 1 chia seed egg (2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp filtered water)
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Buttery Cinnamon Roll
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- 3 Place the batter in a cupcake baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes
- 4 Depending on your oven.
