INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Season the alligator tenderloins with Wild Fork Foods Italian zest & garlic lovers seasoning.
- 2 Smoke the tenderloins on a Traeger grill at 165°F super smoke for about 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches around 100°F.
- 3 Transfer the tenderloins to a skillet with chicken broth, additional garlic lovers and Italian zest, minced garlic, and fresh chopped parsley.
- 4 Cover the skillet and smoke at 250°F for 2 hours until the tenderloins reach an internal temperature of 170°F. Shred the tenderloins and let them soak up the juices for 10 minutes.
- 5 In a separate saucepan, simmer butter and heavy cream on low heat. Mix in minced garlic, FlavorGod Italian Zest, FlavorGod Garlic Lovers, Spiceology Pizza Cheese Blend, salt, and pepper.
- 6 Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and well-combined.
- 7 Cook fettuccine until it is slightly under al dente, then add it to the sauce along with the shredded alligator. Smoke the mixture for an additional 8 minutes at 350°F.
- 8 Serve the Alligator Alfredo hot and enjoy!
