Ingredients
- 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Madagascar vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 apples, cored and diced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Buttery Cinnamon Roll
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Core and dice the apples
- 2 In a small saucepan, heat the vegan butter, 1 tbsp of maple syrup, and diced apples over medium heat
- 3 Add the FlavorGod Buttery Cinnamon Roll and salt. Mix well, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 4 Remove the lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the apples reach the desired texture
- 5 In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, Madagascar vanilla, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 6 Divide the oat mixture into 3 mason jars, and top each with 1 tbsp of the apple mixture
- 7 Close the jars with a lid and refrigerate overnight
- 8 Serve the oats with the remaining apple mixture and whipped cream, if desired
