INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp Flavor God Buttery Cinnamon Roll seasoning (or to taste)
  • ½ cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream (optional, for added richness)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, whey protein, and Flavor God seasoning.
  3. 3 Stir in the milk (and heavy cream, if using) until combined.
  4. 4 Fold in the blueberries gently.
  5. 5 Pour the mixture into a small greased baking dish or ramekins.
  6. 6 Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
