Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 box chickpea pasta
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Everything Seasoning
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1 tbsp plant-based butter
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
- 3/4 cup oat milk

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Soak cashews in hot water for 5 minutes to soften
- 2 Blend cashews, oat milk, FlavorGod Everything Seasoning, and nutritional yeast to make cashew cream sauce
- 3 In a sauté pan, sauté onions in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add mushrooms and tamari
- 4 Sauté together for 3-5 minutes
- 5 Add butter and mix well
- 6 Sprinkle cornstarch into the pan and let brown for 1 minute
- 7 Add reserved pasta water and cashew cream, and mix well.
