  • 1 Cup Half and Half (milk and cream)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Cut chicken breasts into square pieces suitable for skewers.
  2. 2 Drizzle olive oil over the chicken pieces.
  3. 3 In a bowl, combine salt, paprika, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. 4 Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. 5 Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  6. 6 Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. 7 Air fry for 17-20 minutes, flipping the chicken occasionally for even cooking, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. 8 In a saucepan, pour in the half and half (milk and cream).
