- 1 package cauliflower gnocchi
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup chopped asparagus
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- Olive oil
- Cashew Cajun Cream
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (oat milk used)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 garlic cloves

- FlavorGod Cajun Lovers seasoning
- 1/2 cup cashews
- Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Blend all Cashew Cajun Cream ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- 2 Sauté onions and chopped asparagus in 1 tbsp plant-based butter for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove mixture from pan and set aside.
- 3 In the same pan, add another tbsp of butter and cauliflower gnocchi. Sauté for about 4 minutes.
- 4 Add flour to the gnocchi, ensuring they are coated well and lightly browned. Slowly add vegetable broth, followed by Cashew Cajun Cream. The sauce will thicken and coat the gnocchi.
- 5 Add the sautéed vegetables to the pan and mix well. Season with FlavorGod Cajun Lovers seasoning. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
