  • 1 package plant based meat substitute
  • 1 tbsp FlavorGod Taco Tuesday seasoning
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or arugula
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup plant based cheddar shreds
  • 1 cup plant based sour cream
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Cook the plant-based meat substitute according to the package directions and season it with the FlavorGod Taco Tuesday seasoning
  2. 2 Cut out a smaller circle in two of the tortillas, and heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in a sauté pan
  3. 3 Fry the tortillas on each side until lightly golden
  4. 4 Warm up the remaining full-size tortillas, and then layer in a handful of cheddar shreds, plant-based meat, 1 small hard tortilla shell, sour cream, tomato, and shredded lettuce
  5. 5 Fold over each side of the larger tortilla over the smaller one and brown on both sides in a sauté pan
  6. 6 Cut in half and serve.
