Ingredients
- 1 package of firm tofu
- 1 pack of spring roll wrappers
- 1/2 bag of broccoli slaw mix
- 2 tsp of Unflavored Sriracha seasoning by FlavorGod
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 piece of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- Olive oil for sautéing and frying

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a sauté pan.
- 2 Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- 3 Add in tofu and broccoli slaw mix and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- 4 Add Unflavored Sriracha seasoning, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar to the pan and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- 5 Remove pan from heat.
- 6 Fill a shallow dish with filtered water.
- 7 Dip two sheets of spring roll wrappers in the water.
- 8 Add tofu filling to the center of the wrappers and wrap like a burrito.
- 9 Heat a sauté pan with olive oil.
- 10 Once hot, add a layer of sesame seeds to the pan.
- 11 Place the dumplings fold side down over the sesame seeds and brown until crispy on both sides.
- 12 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
