Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning
- FlavorGod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn, to taste
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup veggies of choice (mushrooms and onions)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella style shreds
- Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix all dry ingredients together than add in the water. Mix and combine until smooth.
- 2 Heat your pan to medium heat. Sauté your veggies then remove from the pan. Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to the pan then using a soup ladle, add your batter. Lightly cook one side then flip and add your cheese and veggies. Fold your chickpea omelette then lightly brown on both sides.
- 3 Garnish with more cheese and veggies and enjoy!
