Ingredients

  • Fresh tomatoes (about 2 lbs, quartered)
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • œ cup creamer (or heavy cream, depending on preference)
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Roast the Veggies: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread tomatoes, garlic, and onion on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with Flavor God Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn and Italian Zest. Roast for 35 minutes, until caramelized and fragrant.
  2. 2 Simmer: Transfer the roasted vegetables into a pot with chicken stock. Bring to a simmer for 5–10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  3. 3 Blend: Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4 Finish: Pour the bisque back into the pot. Stir in creamer and fresh basil. Let it simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5 Serve & Enjoy: Ladle into bowls, garnish with extra basil or a swirl of cream, and serve warm with crusty bread or a grilled cheese on the side.
