- 2 (15 oz) cans of jackfruit in brine
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Everything Spicy seasoning
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 package broccoli kale slaw mix
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Drain and rinse the jackfruit, then shred it by hand or in a food processor.
- 2 Season the jackfruit with Honey BBQ and Everything Spicy seasonings.
- 3 Sauté the sliced red onion in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add the shredded jackfruit. Sauté for 7 minutes until charred.
- 4 Add BBQ sauce to the jackfruit mixture and mix well. Remove from heat.
- 5 In a separate bowl, mix vegan mayo and chopped cilantro to make cilantro mayo.
- 6 In another bowl, combine broccoli kale slaw mix, vegan mayo, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar to make the slaw.
- 7 Slice the Ciabatta rolls and toast them.
- 8 Assemble the sandwich by spreading cilantro mayo on the rolls, adding the BBQ jackfruit, and topping it with the broccoli kale slaw.
