INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 10-12 minutes. (We recommend 10 minutes.)
- 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, flour, chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with the mixture.
- 3 Prepare two separate bowls: one with beaten eggs and another with crushed corn flakes.
- 4 Dredge each piece of seasoned chicken in the beaten eggs, ensuring it's thoroughly coated.
- 5 Next, coat the chicken in the crushed corn flakes, pressing gently to adhere the flakes to the chicken.
- 6 Place the coated chicken bites in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they're not overcrowded.
- 7 Air fry the chicken at 350°F (175°C) for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 8 Once cooked, remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving bowl.
- 9 Drizzle the hot honey over the cooked chicken bites, tossing gently to coat them evenly.
- 10 Serve hot and enjoy the delicious blend of crispy chicken and sweet-spicy honey flavor.
