Keto Beef Stew and Cauliflower Mash with Maple Gravy Glaze

INGREDIENTS
- Keto Beef Stew:
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- Chopped garlic
- Half a jalapeno, diced
- 2 tbsp Best Bone Broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp beef base bouillon mixed with 1/4 cup water
- Half a chopped onion
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning
- Cauliflower Mash:
- Half a cauliflower, chopped into large pieces
- Garlic powder
- FlavorGod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn
- Pepper
- Butter
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Heavy cream
- Maple Gravy Glaze:
- Liquid leftover from the Instant Pot
- A small sprinkle of xanthan gum
- 1 tbsp ChocZero maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Keto Beef Stew:
- 2 Sauté the garlic and beef in an Instant Pot until browned.
- 3 Add all the remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot.
- 4 Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes, then allow for a natural release.
- 5 Enjoy the easy and delicious beef stew!
- 6 Cauliflower Mash:
- 7 Boil the cauliflower pieces until soft, then strain and mash in a large bowl.
- 8 Keep the texture slightly chunky.
- 9 Add garlic powder, FlavorGod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn, pepper, butter, grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and heavy cream.
- 10 Mix well and serve as a base for the beef stew.
- 11 Maple Gravy Glaze:
- 12 Transfer the leftover liquid from the Instant Pot to a saucepan and reduce over medium heat.
- 13 Add a small sprinkle of xanthan gum to help thicken.
- 14 Stir in 1 tbsp of ChocZero maple syrup.
- 15 Whisk for 5 minutes or until the glaze reaches a desired consistency.
- 16 Drizzle the glaze over the beef stew.
