Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 tbsp Livlo Food Co biscuit mix
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Leftover chicken
- Arugula
- Pickled red onion
- FlavorGod Everything But the Bagel seasoning
- ChocZero maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 In a bowl, mix the egg, shredded mozzarella, shredded parmesan, Livlo Food Co biscuit mix, and baking powder until well combined.
- 2 Cook the mixture on a mini waffle maker until golden brown. Use about a tablespoon of the mixture for each mini waffle.
- 3 Heat up the leftover chicken from the previous dinner and stack it on top of the mini waffles.
- 4 Add arugula and pickled red onion on top.
- 5 Sprinkle FlavorGod Everything But the Bagel seasoning over the chicken and waffles.
- 6 Drizzle ChocZero maple syrup generously over the bites.
