- 2 portobello caps sliced 1/4 in thick
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Flavor God Everything But The Salt seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Red onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 1/2 cup cucumbers chopped
- Sliced tomatoes
- Arugula
- 3 pitas]

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Trim your portobello caps into thin slices
- 2 In a bowl, mix minced garlic, tamari sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Flavor God Everything But The Salt seasoning, and olive oil to make a marinade
- 3 Add the sliced portobello caps to the marinade, coat well and set aside for 30 minutes
- 4 In a medium sauté pan, add your marinated mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender
- 5 Warm your pitas in the oven or microwave
- 6 Fill each pita with sautéed portobello mushrooms, sliced red onions, chopped cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, arugula, and a dollop of tzatziki
