- 4 burrito size wraps
- 4 plant-based chicken cutlets (such as chickpea cutlets)
- 1 cup plant-based mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- FlavorGod hot wing seasoning
- 1 head of romaine, cleaned and chopped
- For creamy cashew caesar dressing:
- 1cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup plant-based mayo
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod garlic lovers seasoning
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut the chicken cutlets into slices
- 2 Soften the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds
- 3 Spread a generous amount of creamy cashew caesar dressing onto the wrap
- 4 Add a handful of shredded romaine, sliced chicken, a sprinkle of hot wing seasoning, a handful of plant-based mozzarella shreds, and a drizzle of buffalo sauce
- 5 Roll up the wrap
- 6 Heat up a grill or grill pan with olive oil and cook the wraps until grill marks appear on both sides
