  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz chopped spinach, frozen, defrosted, and the liquid squeezed out
  • FlavorGod Italian Zest Seasoning, to taste (approximately 1-2 teaspoons)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped spinach (after squeezing out excess liquid).
  3. 3 Add FlavorGod Italian Zest Seasoning to the mixture, adjusting the amount to your taste preference. Start with 1-2 teaspoons and add more if desired.
  4. 4 Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  5. 5 Spoon the mixture into mini muffin tins.
  6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the tops are golden and the dip bites are heated through.
  7. 7 Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
