Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, cleaned and peeled then cut into thin sticks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Cajun Lovers seasoning
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Clean and trim the carrots.
- 2 Cut the carrots into thin sticks.
- 3 In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
- 4 Coat the carrot sticks evenly with the mixture.
- 5 Preheat the air fryer to 430 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 6 Place the coated carrot sticks in the air fryer basket.
- 7 Air fry the carrots for 15 minutes, making sure to stop halfway to shake the basket for even cooking.
- 8 While the carrots are air frying, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing together vegan mayo and sriracha sauce.
- 9 Once the carrots are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer.
- 10 Serve the air-fried carrot sticks with the homemade vegan mayo and sriracha dipping sauce.
