Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Hot Pockets

INGREDIENTS
- 1 store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- 2 cups broccoli, frozen or fresh
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup plant-based chicken
- 2 cups plant-based cheddar
- 2 tsp FlavorGod Everything Spicy Seasoning
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Chicken and Waffles Seasoning
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Cheese seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2 Sauté the chopped onions in olive oil for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Then add in the broccoli and plant-based chicken.
- 3 Season the mixture with FlavorGod Chicken and Waffles and Everything Spicy Seasoning.
- 4 Remove the mixture from the pan, let it cool, and rough chop it on a cutting board.
- 5 Add the chopped mixture back to the pan (off the heat) and mix in the plant-based cheddar and FlavorGod Cheese seasoning.
- 6 Make a quick garlic oil by combining 2 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 7 Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a wide rectangle. Cut it into 6 strips.
- 8 Brush both sides of the dough rectangles with the garlic oil. Add the chicken and broccoli mixture onto one side of each rectangle and fold over, creating a pocket. Repeat until you have 6 finished dough pockets.
- 9 Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, checking at 12 minutes depending on the oven's temperature.
