- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon FlavorGod Ketchup seasoning
- 1 teaspoon FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, mixed with 3 tablespoons water and set aside to thicken
- 1 cup plant-based cheddar shreds
- Optional: Vegan cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Add the drained and rinsed black beans, cooked quinoa, minced red onion, walnuts, ketchup, FlavorGod Ketchup seasoning, and FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning to a food processor and pulse until well combined
- 2 Remove the mixture from the food processor and transfer it to a bowl
- 3 Shape the mixture into burger patties, making an indent in the center of each patty to add 1 tablespoon of plant-based cheddar shreds. Close the patty tightly around the cheese and then flatten it back into a burger patty
