  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon FlavorGod Ketchup seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, mixed with 3 tablespoons water and set aside to thicken
  • 1 cup plant-based cheddar shreds
  • Optional: Vegan cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Add the drained and rinsed black beans, cooked quinoa, minced red onion, walnuts, ketchup, FlavorGod Ketchup seasoning, and FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning to a food processor and pulse until well combined
  2. 2 Remove the mixture from the food processor and transfer it to a bowl
  3. 3 Shape the mixture into burger patties, making an indent in the center of each patty to add 1 tablespoon of plant-based cheddar shreds. Close the patty tightly around the cheese and then flatten it back into a burger patty
