- ½ lb sliced bacon
- ½ sweet onion (thinly sliced)

- Fresh lettuce (romaine works great)
- Caesar dressing (your favorite brand or homemade)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Sourdough bread slices (as needed)
- Butter or olive oil (for toasting bread)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.
- 2 Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breasts generously with Flavor God Garlic Lovers, Pink Salt, and Everything Spicy. In the same skillet, cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked through. Slice into sandwich-sized pieces.
- 3 Sauté the Onions: In the same pan, lightly sauté the sweet onions until softened and caramelized.
- 4 Assemble the Melt: Layer chicken, bacon, sautéed onions, fresh lettuce, and a drizzle of Caesar dressing between two slices of sourdough bread. Add a sprinkle of black pepper.
- 5 Toast the Sandwich: Butter the outside of the bread and toast in a skillet or panini press until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
