INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- 2 Season the chicken breasts with Himalayan salt and pepper.
- 3 Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one containing flour, one containing beaten eggs, and one containing panko crumbs.
- 4 Dip each chicken breast first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten egg, and finally into the panko crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5 Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil for frying.
- 6 Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 7 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 8 Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- 9 Place the fried chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
- 10 Spoon additional sauce over the chicken breasts.
- 11 Sprinkle the three types of cheese generously over the chicken.
- 12 Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
