INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. 2 Season the chicken breasts with Himalayan salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one containing flour, one containing beaten eggs, and one containing panko crumbs.
  4. 4 Dip each chicken breast first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten egg, and finally into the panko crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. 5 Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil for frying.
  6. 6 Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. 7 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. 8 Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  9. 9 Place the fried chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
  10. 10 Spoon additional sauce over the chicken breasts.
