- 6 boneless skinless thighs

- Pepper
- Avocado oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 8oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp Unflavored Roasted Garlic Flavor
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pat dry 6 boneless skinless thighs
- 2 Season thighs with FlavorGod Garlic Lovers, salt, and pepper
- 3 Pan fry thighs in avocado oil until browned
- 4 Remove thighs to a plate
- 5 In the same pan, sauté 1/2 diced onion and 8oz sliced mushrooms
- 6 Once browned, add salt and pepper, then 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 7 Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tbsp Unflavored Roasted Garlic Flavor
- 8 Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and collected juice from thighs
- 9 Simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through
- 10 Top with chopped parsley
