Ingredients
- 1 large piece of salmon
- 1/4 cup of coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons of Swerve brown sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon of Momofuku chili crunch
- 2 tablespoons of Swerve brown sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of ChocZero orange marmalade
- FlavorGod everything bagel seasoning (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 In a small mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, Swerve brown sweetener, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and FlavorGod everything bagel seasoning to make the marinade.
- 2 Cut a large piece of salmon into small chunks and place them in a large bowl.
- 3 Pour the marinade over the salmon chunks and toss well to coat. Let the salmon marinate for 30 minutes.
- 4 Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 5 Once the salmon has marinated, transfer it to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
- 6 While the salmon is cooking, prepare the citrus sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together coconut aminos, Momofuku chili crunch, Swerve brown sweetener, ChocZero orange marmalade, and FlavorGod everything bagel seasoning. Stir until the sweeteners are dissolved and the sauce is heated through.
- 7 Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the air fryer basket and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
- 8 Pour the citrus sauce over the salmon and toss well to coat.
- 9 Serve the salmon over a bed of vegetables or rice and top with sliced avocado, green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges if desired.
