Ingredients
- Peppermint flakes
- 2 Joe-Joes/Oreos
- 6 ounces of water
- 2 ounces of milk (any kind)
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tbsp of FlavorGod Coffee Creamer Ice Cream Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Separate the cookies (Joe-Joes or Oreos) and remove the cream filling. Set aside the cookie pieces for later use in the recipe.
- 2 In a blender, add peppermint flakes, water, milk, protein powder, and FlavorGod Coffee Creamer Ice Cream Vanilla.
- 3 Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- 4 Add the reserved cookie pieces to the blender.
- 5 Pulse a few times to incorporate the cookie bits, leaving some small chunks for texture.
- 6 Pour the Cookies & Cream Protein Shake into a glass and enjoy!
