- 1 large or 2 small zucchini, sliced into thin discs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup packed basil or Thai basil
- 1 cup plant-based mozzarella shreds
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 box chickpea or red lentil spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Slice zucchini into thin discs
- 2 In a sauté pan, lightly brown zucchini on both sides. Remove from pan
- 3 Make cream sauce by combining oat milk, lemon juice, Thai basil, mozzarella shreds, and FlavorGod garlic lovers seasoning. Add reserved pasta water to combine
- 4 Add onions and garlic to the same pan and sauté for 3 minutes. Add cheezy cream sauce and let the cheese melt
- 5 Add pasta and zucchini to the sauce and combine well
- 6 Top with fresh basil and FlavorGod cheese seasoning
