- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Garlic Lovers seasoning
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Mix flour, corn starch, Garlic Lovers seasoning, and salt in a large bowl
- 3 Add non-dairy milk, chili oil, and apple cider vinegar to the bowl and mix until smooth
- 4 Dip broccoli in batter, making sure all pieces are coated
- 5 Coat battered broccoli with panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish
- 6 Air fry broccoli at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, flipping twice to ensure crispiness
- 7 Mix vegan mayo, Buffalo sauce, and maple syrup in a small bowl to create the spicy sauce, and pour it over the cooked broccoli.
