- 2 lbs small potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted plant-based butter
- 1 tbsp garlic seasoning
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup Parmesan-style shreds

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut the small potatoes in half and score the flat side horizontally and vertically
- 2 In a shallow pan or casserole dish, mix the melted butter, garlic seasoning, Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn, nutritional yeast, and Parmesan-style shreds
- 3 Place the potatoes face down into the mixture
- 4 Bake in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until tender
