INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Cut the small potatoes in half and score the flat side horizontally and vertically
  2. 2 In a shallow pan or casserole dish, mix the melted butter, garlic seasoning, Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn, nutritional yeast, and Parmesan-style shreds
  3. 3 Place the potatoes face down into the mixture
  4. 4 Bake in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until tender
