INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of firm tofu
  • 1 pack of spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 bag of broccoli slaw mix
  • 2 tsp of Unflavored Sriracha seasoning by FlavorGod
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 piece of ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • Olive oil for sautéing and frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a sauté pan.
  2. 2 Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3 Add in tofu and broccoli slaw mix and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Add Unflavored Sriracha seasoning, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar to the pan and sauté for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5 Remove pan from heat.
  6. 6 Fill a shallow dish with filtered water.
  7. 7 Dip two sheets of spring roll wrappers in the water.
  8. 8 Add tofu filling to the center of the wrappers and wrap like a burrito.
  9. 9 Heat a sauté pan with olive oil.
  10. 10 Once hot, add a layer of sesame seeds to the pan.
  11. 11 Place the dumplings fold side down over the sesame seeds and brown until crispy on both sides.
  12. 12 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
