Garlic Lover's Seasoning

Garlic Lover's Seasoning is included in

Garlic... mmmm.... I truly love garlic, so you can understand what inspired me to create this fan favorite. With garlic being the headliner, it happily shares the spotlight with other completing flavors such as: Onion, basil, thyme and parsley. Always ground fresh and with a low amount of sea salt, Garlic Lovers will be your friend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2 Add chopped shallot, scallion, grated carrot, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until softened.
  3. 3 Stir in sambal chili paste and cook for an additional minute.
  4. 4 In a separate pan, fry ground chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
  5. 5 Add the cooked chicken to the vegetable mixture. Stir in sliced cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6 Season with salt and FlavorGod Garlic Lover Seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. 7 Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Submerge one rice paper sheet in the water for about 15-20 seconds until softened.
  8. 8 Place the softened rice paper on a clean work surface. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the center.
  9. 9 Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly to enclose. Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
  10. 10 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the stuffed rice paper dumplings into the hot oil.
  11. 11 Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  12. 12 Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  13. 13 In a small bowl, combine coconut aminos, oyster sauce, chili crisp, and monk fruit sweetener. Mix until well combined.
  14. 14 Serve the crispy rice paper dumplings hot with the prepared dipping sauce on the side.
  15. 15 Enjoy these delectable dumplings as a delightful appetizer or main course.
