Ingredients
- 2 green apples, core removed and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- Dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp plant based butter
- Dairy-free coconut caramel
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp FlavorGod Buttery Cinnamon Roll
- 1 tbsp butter (plant-based)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Core and slice down apples
- 2 Mix together your ingredients for coconut caramel in a small bowl
- 3 Melt your chocolate chips with 1 tsp butter and mix well.
- 4 Spread a layer of coconut caramel over each apple slice then drizzle chocolate over every slice.
- 5 Place in fridge for 20 minutes to set and enjoy!
