Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 medium potato, cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 cups plant-based cheddar shreds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp FlavorGod Everything Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Chop the onion and garlic
- 2 Cube the potato and chop the carrots
- 3 In a medium saucepan, add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes
- 4 Then add in potato, carrots, cashews, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil
- 5 Carefully using a blender or immersion blender, puree the soup mix so it’s creamy
- 6 Add back to soup pot
- 7 Add FlavorGod Everything Seasoning, salt and pepper, nutritional yeast, cooked broccoli, cheddar shreds, and oat milk
- 8 Stir to combine and make sure all cheese melts into the soup.
