EVERYTHING SEASONING
The seasoning that started it all! My first FlavorGod creation was the Everything Seasoning. I created this one to be an everyday, all-purpose condiment for all your cooking needs. It has been a hit since the first day I sold this flavor at my local farmer's markets. With hints of onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika, this seasoning is perfectly balanced with a light BBQ flavor. Great for indoor or outdoor cooking!
Everything Seasoning Nutrition & Ingredients
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Toss the bite-sized filet mignon pieces with olive oil and a generous shake of Flavor God Everything Seasoning in a bowl until well coated.
- 2 Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot. Spray with a layer of avocado oil spray to prevent sticking.
- 3 Lay the filet pieces in a single layer in the hot skillet. Allow them to sear for about one minute on one side. Flip each piece and let them sear for an additional 30 seconds to a minute. Turn off the heat.
- 4 In a small pot over low heat, melt butter. Pour in heavy whipping cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with Redmond’s organic onion salt and dried tarragon. Whisk and simmer until the sauce thickens to your liking.
- 5 Transfer the seared filet pieces to a bowl. Drizzle the creamy tarragon Dijon sauce over the top.
- 6 Finish by garnishing with fresh cracked peppercorns.
