INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 2 Lay the low carb flatbread on a clean surface.
- 3 Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over one half of the flatbread.
- 4 Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- 5 Layer half of the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
- 6 Add another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
- 7 Fold the flatbread over the toppings, creating a half-circle shape.
- 8 Spread the remaining pizza sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese and pepperoni over the folded flatbread.
- 9 Fold the flatbread once more to encase the toppings completely.
- 10 Carefully transfer the folded flatbread to the preheated air fryer basket.
- 11 Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread is golden brown.
- 12 Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle the FlavorGod Pizza Seasoning evenly over the top.
- 13 Allow the Double Roni Roll to cool slightly before slicing it into portions. Serve warm and enjoy!
