- 1 ounce cheese
- Eggs
- Butter
- FlavorGod Taco Tuesday Seasoning
- Heavy whipping cream (HWC)
- Tapatio hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2 Grate or shred the cheese and spread it evenly in the pan to form a circular shape.
- 3 Cook the cheese until it melts and starts to turn golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4 Carefully remove the cheese shell from the pan and drape it over a rolling pin or similar object to shape it into a taco shell. Allow it to cool and harden.
- 5 In another pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- 6 Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with the Taco Tuesday seasoning and a small amount of HWC.
- 7 Pour the egg mixture into the pan with melted butter and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency.
- 8 Spoon the scrambled eggs into the cheese taco shell, sprinkle some cheese on top for additional melting, and add Tapatio hot sauce.
- 9 Serve the taco with the remaining scrambled eggs in a bowl on the side.
