INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Combine spinach, basil, sunflower seeds, almonds, garlic, nutritional yeast, FlavorGod seasonings and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse until well combined
- 2 Add water slowly to create a creamy pesto
- 3 Cut the English muffin in half, then butter and lightly toast
- 4 Top the muffin with pesto, mozzarella style shreds, and tomato
- 5 Air fry for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted
- 6 Add more nutritional yeast if desired.
