The seasoning that started it all! My first FlavorGod creation was the Everything Seasoning. I created this one to be an everyday, all-purpose condiment for all your cooking needs. It has been a hit since the first day I sold this flavor at my local farmer's markets. With hints of onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika, this seasoning is perfectly balanced with a light BBQ flavor. INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Begin by chopping the wieners into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped wieners with hot mustard sauce until evenly coated.
- 3 Sprinkle FlavorGod Everything Seasoning over the wieners and mix well.
- 4 Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- 5 Grill the seasoned wieners until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
- 6 Pour barbecue sauce over the grilled wieners and continue cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 7 Split the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place them on the grill, cut side down, to toast lightly.
- 8 Once toasted, place a slice of cheese on each half of the rolls and allow it to melt
- 9 Transfer the cheese-topped rolls onto a butter paper or serving platter.
- 10 Arrange the prepared wieners on top of the melted cheese.
- 11 Top each wiener with fried jalapeno slices, pickle slices, and chopped onions.
- 12 Carefully roll up each sandwich and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- 13 Use a sharp knife to cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
- 14 Serve immediately and enjoy your gourmet hot dog sandwiches!
