- Fresh tomatoes (about 2 lbs, quartered)
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- Flavor God Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn (to taste)

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chicken stock
- œ cup creamer (or heavy cream, depending on preference)
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Roast the Veggies: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread tomatoes, garlic, and onion on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with Flavor God Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn and Italian Zest. Roast for 35 minutes, until caramelized and fragrant.
- 2 Simmer: Transfer the roasted vegetables into a pot with chicken stock. Bring to a simmer for 5â10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- 3 Blend: Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 4 Finish: Pour the bisque back into the pot. Stir in creamer and fresh basil. Let it simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
- 5 Serve & Enjoy: Ladle into bowls, garnish with extra basil or a swirl of cream, and serve warm with crusty bread or a grilled cheese on the side.
